There are three possible reasons for this:

  • Your credit card hasn’t been activated. Log in online and check the status of your card.
  • Your credit card account is closed. You’ll need to apply for a new account/card.
  • Your credit card account is blocked. Contact Woolworths on 1300 10 1234 (option 2) to have the block removed.
